South West Reading Passport 2016: Book to the Future

Suitcase Full of Books Presented to Competition Winner

RP PresentationOn Saturday 13th May 2017, Hilary Bloodworth, a member of Wells Library in Somerset, was presented with a suitcase full of books after successfully completing a read of the decades with Book to the Future as part of Reading Passport 2016-17.

Literature Works’ CEO, Helen Chaloner (pictured centre) presented Hilary (pictured right) with a vintage suitcase which surely had it’s own stories to tell, filled with 25 books from 15 publishers. On hand to help with the presentation were Wells Library staff and the Director of SWRLS, Shelagh Levett (pictured left).

We hope you enjoy going on more reading adventures with your new books Hilary – congratulations!

Thank you to all the library staff and members who made Reading Passport 2016-17 a success – look out for updates on where we will take you next.
