Ruth-Ware_portraitRuth Ware is a rising star in the genre of psychological thriller fiction. After graduating from university, Ware lived in Paris before settling in London. She has taught English as an additional language and has also worked as a bookseller and press officer. Her debut novel, published in 2015 was both a Sunday Times and New York Times bestseller and was also Richard and Judy pick. A film version of her debut was optioned by New Line Cinema and Reese Witherspoon will be producing the picture. Ware is currently working on her new novel.

Ruth Ware’s seamless blending of ‘old-school’ crime noir in manner of Agatha Christie with the modern propensity to explore psychological motivations and motives for crimes makes her a voice of the future for the crime genre.
